MobIS - Mobile Integrated Solutions

In this project we supported the company i:qu applications and services gmbh in the development of a hight tech framework for application generation. With this framework develops the i:qu mobile applications for logistics and ERP consultants. Applications can be developed in a descriptive way.
Backend systemns and data sources were encapsulated in a generic way, so that any kind of data can be bound. High class GUI components gain an intuitive and ergonomic way of data management.
The framework can be expanded by plug ins and scripts.

DesktopMaps

Design and development of an interactive map control for the use of Google maps in desktop applications.
The difficulty was the usage of the web based Google maps API in a desktop environment to allow a smooth interactivity with the host application.
The control can be used in any .NET language and can be integrated in any .NET application. Events fired by the control can be caught by the host application to implement interactivity.

JamStatistics
|
Implementation of a software to create monthly jam statistics from the data provided by traffic service reporting offices.
The difficulty was the complex analyzation logic of provided data, where different reasons and results of a jam must be considered and the export as a map graphic in PDF format as well.
To ensure maintenance and expand possibilities, new and expanded streets, the software contains a map editor (picture) which allows to edit existing or create new maps.
The software is not limited to the Free State of Bavaria but can be used all over the world.

Video Proxy Server
|
Concept, design and release development of a server application for encapsulation of a pool of web cams. For this purpose the usage of bandwith should be optimized. The video sequences are requested by the server application and are replicated for the single clients without decoding or transcoding the stream.
The visualization of the cams and the camera pool has been realized by the Liferay portal system due to customer requirements. Inter-Portlet communication was implented to grant the synchronisation between the single portlets.

Concept, design and development of an internet portal based on an existing web site. The Liferay portal system was used for portal and cms technology. Google maps was used as up to date and ergonomical map software.
Market and technical analyzation, choise of technology, development of concept, evaluation of efforts, software design, project management, project support, quality managment, deployment, integration of several existing complex systems, implementation of specific extensions, portlets and background technologies.

Concept, design and release development of a SOA platform for integrating existing and new systems.

Configurable framework for generic execution of database algorithms for an ORACLE DBMS system.
These can reach from simple SQL statements to complex join operations and java stored procedures that can run inside ORACLE due to the embedded Java Virtual Machine.
Compex algorithms can be implemented by using Java as a higher programming language.
